The past 2 days I have slipped a little on my water intake. So today I'm trying to stay focused. I've had a bit of a headache all day.. And I think the water is the culprit.
Church was awesome this morning! But I didn't make time to eat before so I was STARVING by time we got home for lunch.
No Breakfast : ( on to LUNCH : )
It was a two course meal : )
Hashbrowns w/ Avocado & Salsa Verde
+ a boiled Potato with more Avocado and Corn on the Cob and mixed fruit (there was more fruit in the bowl, but I ate it before I took the pictures! You're lucky you got pics at all I was so hungry I'm surprised I remembered! : )
Lots of starchy carbs to fill my belly!!! Normally we try to have more greens on the plate, but tomorrow is shopping day... and this is pretty much all we had left in the fridge : (
On the menu for Dinner is a Homemade ACAI bowl. I'm excited to make my own instead of spending bucco bucks for one at the smoothie place! I'm thankful it's there when I'm in a pinch and need it. But it's not an everyday splurge we can afford.
We ate before and after evening church service! Before was the acai bowl and after Rudy grilled up an Organic Veggie Burger! Delish!
Excited for the week to come and interested to see how the cravings are...better or worse?!? We'll see! : )
